Public Comment Pursuant to the Public Comment Policy of the Authority (limit of 2 minutes per person) - Joel Ferry, Vice Chair 4. Report of the Chair - Gene Shawcroft 5. Report of the Executive Director - Amy Haas, Executive Director 6. Hydrology and System Status Update - Lily Bosworth, Staff Engineer 7. Report on the potential for a Drought Response Operation under the 2019 Drought Response Operations Agreement ('DROA') -Val Deppe, Projects, Operations and Modeling Division Manager, Upper Colorado Region, Bureau of Reclamation 8.
