- Request for Proposal (RFP) Asbestos Abatement Services Lamplighter Property Issued: July 25,2025 Due: Thursday, August 21,2025 The City of Vernal (referred to as 'Owner') is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed asbestos abatement contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal necessary to remove and properly dispose of all asbestos-containing materials (ACM) identified in the Asbestos Inspection Report (Exhibit A & B) for the Lamplighter Property, located at:120 East Main Street, Vernal Utah 84078 This project is being conducted as part of the planned demolition and redevelopment of the property. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to, Utah Department of Environmental Quality (UDEQ), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
