- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a regular board meeting on Thursday, August 21, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. __________________________________________________________________________________ Invocation: Public Comment: (No action will be taken on items discussed at this time - 2-minute time limit.) (1) Review minutes of June 19, 2025 board meeting, for approval. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting and follow-up from previous meeting. (3) Items for board discussion and consideration for approval: (a) Discussion / review bid for Capital Facilities Plan Update, Impact Fee Plan Update and Rate Study. (b) Discussion for approval Tank road maintenance. (c) Discussion on potential development. (d) Election update for candidates and possible cancel of November Election. (e) Review previous months (June & July) billing adjustments for approval. (4) Discussion for consideration and approval of July & August 2025 bills. (5) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: - Samples. (b) Ongoing Projects: - BEACON Installs. (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: July / 2025. - Review Bank Statements for previous months. - 2026 Budget process begins. (d) Employee/HR Items: (e) Public Relations: (6) Possible Closed Meeting, if needed: (a) Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues. (7) Other Items: (a) Next meeting scheduled for September 18, 2025 at 5:30 pm. Adjourn
