- TOWN OF MANILA REGULAR MEETING SENIOR-COMMUNITY CENTER 165 E HWY 43 JULY 10, 2025, AT 5:30 P.M. AGENDA REGULAR MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: CONSENT CALENDAR: UNION TELEPHONE: The mayor will discuss the need to install telephone lines throughout the Town building. CHANGES TO JUNE 2024 ORDINANCE BOOK: A recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the proposed changes to the June 2024 Ordinance Book needs to be presented to the Town Council for their consideration. GLAMPING ARTICLE: A recommendation regarding the proposed Glamping article has been made by the Planning and Zoning Commission to the Town Council for their approval. BIRCH SPRINGS LEASE, DISCUSSION, and BID ANNOUNCEMENT: The Town Council has decided to put the lease out for bid, with the opening bid to be announced at this Town Council meeting. FINAL APPROVAL, LINDA PETERSON (DAVE JOHNSON'S LOT): Consideration of final approval for Linda Peterson regarding the property known as the Dave Johnson lot. RAVEN CLIFFS-JUSTIN VON EBERSTEIN/STEVE GREGERSON: Justin and Steven will present their preliminary concepts and vision for the proposed Raven Cliffs development to the Town Council and Mayor. SUNRISE ENGINEERING UPDATE: THE PINNACLE UPDATE: BUILDING UPGRADE UPDATE: PUBLIC WORKS UPDATE: MAYOR'S UPDATE: PUBLIC COMMENT: EXECUTIVE SESSION: ADJOURNMENT: In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should call the Manila Town Clerk at 435-784-3143 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
