- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA COPPER RIM INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF COPPER RIM INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2025 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 9:00am A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items Not applicable. C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on August 14, 2025. D. Public Hearing 1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on August 14, 2025, which is proposed to be adopted as the final budget for calendar year 2025. E. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-08: A resolution adopting a final budget for calendar year 2025. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Discussion regarding process for reimbursements. 2. Open meeting discussion with board members of any infrastructure financing district business. G. Adjourn The Districts comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
