- AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular public meeting at the Spanish Fork Explorer Room, at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. The meeting will commence at 4:00 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday, July 9, 2025. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. CALL TO ORDER - Kevin Oyler 2. APPROVE THE HPC MINUTES: a. HPC Minutes June 11 , 2025 3. TRAINING MINUTE: Duties 4. COMMISSION UPDATES : Nicky Smith appointed July 1, 2025 One more being appointed July 15th, 2025 5. ACTION ITEMS: Requirements for Banners Updated - check the form for changes Veteran Banners Fiesta Day Parade Volunteers update Banners going forward Form Updated Two-sided banners error Update Flag box Flag box at the memorial building update Cost Materials - election box from the county Maintenance Who collects the flags?
