Kaneplex Drive Kanab, Utah 84741 6:00 PM REGULAR BOARD MEETING WELCOME PUBLIC, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE and OPENING PRAYER Roll Call Board Members 6:05 PM 1. Minutes a. Approval of Minutes of the May 8th, 2025 and July 10th, 2025 Board of Trustees Meeting b.PUBLIC HEARING -Consideration for and adoption of a Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Kane County Water Conservancy District; and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the water system improvements to be funded by the Bonds 6:10 PM 2. Jackson Flat Reservoir and Kanab Irrigation Company Coordination a. Reservoir water update report- National Park Water Agreement- Mike b. Reservoir Recreation and Operational Report-Mike c. July 24th celebration-Report by Mike and Amanda 6:40 PM 3. Cove Reservoir EIS a. EIS progress report, Mike/Dirk b. Executive Session for litigation strategy 7:00 PM 4. Johnson Canyon a. Financials --Amanda and Mike a. Approve Payment of Bills b. Review PTIF Statements for Operating Funds, Capital Projects, Misc. Escrow Accounts, and State Bank of Southern Utah check register. Board members sign off on the check register. c. Review new revenues received, including tax revenues and revenues for ongoing project 8:20 PM 7. Director's Report: a. Board Member Issues - b. By-Law Review (As Needed) - c. Executive Session (As Needed) - Cove Reservoir/Personnel/board minutes Noel d. Next Meeting Date: September 11th, 2025, 6:00 PM @ Kane County Water Conservancy District Office. All agenda item times are approximate.
