- PUBLIC NOTICE The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: ROLL CALL PUBLIC HEARING a) Consideration of an appeal by Tori McCurdy of the Zoning Administrator's denial of a request to keep three large animals at 1076 Windflower Lane, due to the proposed barn location does not meeting the required 100-foot setback from an adjacent residence. b) Consideration of a proposed amendment to Chapter 15 Residential and Multiple Residential Districts of the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code, regarding front and side yard setback requirements. AGENDA 1.
