- AGENDA OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING CASTLE DALE CITY EMERY COUNTY - UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and City Council of Castle Dale City, Emery County, State of Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Castle Dale City Hall located at 20 South 100 East on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 7:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance 1. Roll Call 2. Minutes from Previous Meeting: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY 3. Minutes from June Public Hearing: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY 4. Fence-In Ordinance: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY 5. Darin Cummings Water hook up fee reimbursement DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY 6. Re-Zoning for 420 North Center DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY 7. Newsletter DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY 8. Ratify cemetery refund DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY 9.
