- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Springville Community Development seeking to amend Title 11, Development Code, and Title 14, Subdivision Regulations, concerning development approval processes. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861.
