- Kearns Library 4275 W 5345 S Kearns, Utah 84118 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kearns City Council will hold a meeting on the 14th day of July 2025 immediately following the Kearns Community Reinvestment Agency Meeting which is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Kearns Library, 4275 W 5345 S, Kearns, Utah as follows: **Portions of the meeting may be closed for reasons allowed by statue.
