- 2nd A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS - Consider reappointing Lacy Echeverria to the Library Board. 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 8, 2025. 7. BUSINESS a. Consider approving an Interlocal Agreement with Sevier County for Building Inspection Services. b. Irene Steck to discuss the property maintenance program. c. Planning Commission Report. d. Review and discuss the pool project. e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2025-5, amending the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance, Title 17.13.240 Required Streets, Curb, Gutter, Sidewalks, and Trails, and Title 17.02.010 Land Use Authorities. The City is proposing various text amendments to Title 17 concerning a modified standard for required development standards for improvements. f. Discuss a proposal to create a golf committee. 8.
