Public Comments 4. Public Hearing: a. To receive public input on rezoning of parcel 05-068-0075. b. To receive public input on rezoning of parcel 05-060-0088. 5. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of rezoning of parcel 05-068-0075. b. Discussion and consideration of rezoning of parcel 05-060-0088. c. Discussion and consideration of Chapter 1.08 Commercial and Industrial Zones. d. Discussion of Tremonton Center Community Development Project Area Report. 6. Planning commission comments/reports 7. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Tiffany Lannefeld no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted July 7, 2025, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
