- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission June 24, 2025 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Public Comments 4. Approval of minutes - May 13, 2025 & May 27, 2025 5. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration for new Head of Planning Commission b. Discussion and consideration of LB Land Holdings c. Discussion and consideration of 1.08 Commercial and Industrial Zones 6. Planning commission comments/reports 7. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Tiffany Lannefeld no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted June 18, 2025, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
