Committee vacancies The child care provider licensing committee currently has 1 vacant seat for a pediatrician or health care provider. Qualified persons may apply for this seat on the Utah Boards and Commissions website. Agency and committee report Office of Child Care (OCC) - Karrie Phillips Utah Afterschool Network (UAN) - Ben Trentelman Office of Licensing (OL) Director update: Introduction of Kamille Sheikh Assignments Florencia: Follow-up on CHOW/ New Ownership. The rules are being reviewed. Crystal: Interpretation Manual, Medication wording (I/M is still in review) New business Florencia: Final call for feedback on current rules. Specifically in regards to new ownership. (Send feedback to Jody) Florencia: Ratio and Group size compliance email Crystal: Rule Change notice sent via email.
