- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the MIDA Military Recreation Facility Development Review Committee Date and time: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm Information to attend electronically: This is a Zoom-only meeting. To view and hear the meeting and to provide comments to the board via Zoom webinar platform, register in advance using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PjkdAIvbSqa-GS25AFl5Jg Agenda 1. Approval of meeting minutes from the June 17, 2025, meeting. 2. Consideration of Proposed Amendments to the MIDA Military Recreation Facility Project Area Standards and Guidelines. Staff Report Presented by Richard Catten 3. Executive Director Update and Committee Member Comments 4. Adjourn. The next meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
