- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA LANDMARKS PRESERVATION COMMISSION MAY 15, 2025 6:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Landmarks Preservation Commission of Springville City will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in Conference Room 208, in the Administration Department, located at 110 South Main. AGENDA 1. Approval of the agenda 2. Approval of minutes: April 3, 2025 3. Discussion of public engagement and social media strategy. 4. Collection of historical stories from commissioners. THIS AGENDA SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH A MINIMUM OF 24-HOURS NOTICE This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on May 14, 2025. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes. Landmarks Preservation Commission meeting agendas are available through the Utah Public Meeting Notice website at www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html. Email subscriptions to Utah Public Meeting Notices are available through their website. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to ensure accessibility to this meeting. If you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the Community Development department at (801) 491-7861 at least three business days prior to the meeting. Meetings of the Springville City Council may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to Springville City Municipal Code 2-4-102(4) regarding electronic meetings.
