- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a specially scheduled board meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the District Of-fice Lab Training Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075. 1. Declaration of conflicts of interest. 2. Public Comments: Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take ac-tion on items not listed on the agenda. 3. Closed session- purchase, exchange, lease or sale or real property. 4. Discussion on purchase of land. -David Hatch
