- PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on WEDNESDAY, August 13, 2025, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - To receive public comments regarding the enactment of the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 20 Conditional Use Permit. Those needing special accommodation should contact the City Office three (3) days prior to the hearing at 435-743-5233.
