To attend, visit the project page for each item below. Your input is valuable! ----- Public Comments and Questions We want to hear from you! Public comments and questions will be received within the public comment window. To submit a comment or question, contact the assigned planner via email or leave a voicemail. Your questions will be answered within a week after the comment window has ended. During and following this comment period, the Planning Division will evaluate the proposal against the applicable zoning standards, taking into consideration public comments as they relate to the standards, and develop a recommendation for the Planning Commission. ----- New Projects Open for Public Comment The list of new projects open for public comment is updated bi-weekly. ----- Chapter SLC - Design Review at approximately 410 S 900 E Walker Wood of Cole West, is requesting Design Review for the property at approximately 410 S 900 E. The proposal is for a 2.5 story concrete podium with five stories above it, totaling 6 or 7 stories above grade, depending on the location. It has a total of 252 units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. It includes 170 parking spaces and a 6th floor amenity deck. The site is 1.943 acres. The Design Review is requested for building length over 200' and for a reduction in the required amount of glass. Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone): The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject properties from Residential Multi-Family RMF-35 to TSA-UN-T (Transit Station Area Urban Neighborhood Transition Area), which will become MU-5. 2. General Plan Amendment: In order to keep the proposed rezone consistent with the Central Community Master Plan, the applicant is also requesting to amend the future land use designation for the subject properties from Medium Density Residential to High Density Transit Oriented Development. A public hearing will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on this item at a future date. An additional notice for the public hearing will be provided.
