- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of Hideout, Utah will hold its Regular Meeting in electronically via Zoom and in person at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 North Hideout Trail, Hideout Utah for the purposes and at the times as described below on Thursday, April 10, 2025. AGENDA: Regular Meeting 6:00 PM I. Call to Order II. Roll Call III. Approval of Council Minutes 1. 03/13/2025 Hideout Town Council Meeting Minutes DRAFT IV. Follow up of Items from Approved Minutes V. Agenda Items 1. Announcement of the annual 2025 Jordanelle Community Clean Up day 2. Quarterly review of the FY2025 Budget 3. Authorization for the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement for the Public Works vehicles not to exceed $150,000. 4. Discussion and possible approval of the creation of a wildfire risk mitigation and permanent fire station committee Presented by Council Member Gunn 5. Discussion and decision regarding Hideout's participation in Ranked Choice Voting for the 2025 Municipal Elections 6. Presentation of the filing deadlines and procedures for the 2025 municipal elections 7. Consideration of adopting Resolution 2025-R-XX prohibiting fireworks within the Town of Hideout during the 2025 year 8. Consideration and possible approval of adopting Resolution 2025-R-XX amending the Hideout Fee and Rate Schedule 9. Consideration and possible approval of Ordinance 2025-O-XX amending the Hideout Town Code to formalize the process by which Town Council Members may receive briefings from Town Administration VI. Public Input - Floor open for any attendee to speak on items not listed on the agenda VII. Committee Updates 1. Planning Commission - Thomas Eddington, Town Planner 2.
