- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, August 04, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Discussion of Duchesne City RAP Tax - Discussion & Consideration of Resolution No. 25-08; A Resolution that the Duchesne County Commission is Not Seeking to Impose a Tax Under Title 59, Revenue and Taxation, Chapter 12, Sales and Use Tax, Part 7, County Option Funding for Botanical Cultural, Recreational, and Zoological Organizations or Facilities - Discussion & Consideration of the County Fraud Risk Assessment - Discussion & Consideration of County Volunteers - Discussion & Consideration of a Chat Bot & Search Tool Subscription for County Website - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Surplus - Consideration of Minutes of the Combined Commission Meeting held July 28, 2025 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting
