- SPRING CITY SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL AGENDA Thursday, July 31, 2025, 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council room at Spring City Hall, 45 South 100 East, Spring City, Utah. This meeting will not have a Zoom link associated with it. The Special Council Meeting Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Expression of Choice 2. Roll Call 3. Vote to Approve a Closed Session to Discuss Pending Litigation - Subject to Two Thirds Vote. 4. Roll Call and Attendance 5. Motion and Vote to End Closed Session 6. Reconvene Special City Council Meeting 7. Adjournment
