THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. REPORT OF BOARDS - COMMITTEE'S COMMISSION: JOE TAYLOR/CHAIRMAN MEMBERS: MARGENE STEVENS, JOY PARTRIDGE, CLARK MORTENSEN, CRISTA KAMAN. VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Application to Appear - Joyce Barney. Application to Appear - Duane Walker. Build addition to existing home at 315 W. 700 N. VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS VIII. ADJOURNMENT NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Tresa Taylor at Hinckley Town, Inc. at 435-864-3522 for anyone needing special assistance at a Hinckley Town public meeting.
