- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN is hereby given that the City of Holladay Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing during review and consideration of a nine lot subdivision plan proposed by the applicant, J.U.B Engineering to subdivide 11.42 acres of land located at 6114, 6178, 6190 S Holladay Blvd. in the R-1-87 zone and 2715 E. 6200 S. in the R-1-43 zone, to accommodate construction of a 9 individual detached, single family dwelling units. This application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission for compliance with Holladay Ordinance 13.10A and for PUD compliance as per Holladay Ord §13.78. The project area encompasses 4 existing lots and would add 5 new residential lots (7 new homes) which are to be reviewed for compliance with minimum lot standards detailed for properties within the R-1-43 and R-1-87 Zone, found in § H.C.C. Title 13 Chapter 13.14.040. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options: 1. In-person attendance at Holladay City Hall or 2. Email your comments by 5:00 PM on the date of the meeting to cmarsh@holladayut.gov or call 801-527-3890. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N. Carlson, the City Recorder of the City of Holladay, certify that the above agenda notice was posted at City Hall, the City website www.holladayut.gov the Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn, and was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Desert News and others who have indicated interest.
