- Agenda Emery County Special Service District #1 Box Room @ 10:00 a.m. July 14, 2025 Welcome/Approval of June 9, 2025, meeting minutes. Approval of the 2024 Audit by Kimball and Roberts. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering - Report on current projects. Castle Dale Channelization 9-Mile Dip in Green River Discuss/Approve any change order and project advancement. Update from Bevan Wilson on the ECSSD#1 written history. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of mineral lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen Financial Report for May Approval of the distribution of mineral lease revenue: For May, in the gross amount of $265,186.82, less the Carbon shift of $98,567.00, for a net amount of $166,619.82 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $8,330.99, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $158,288.83 ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 74,395.75 Fire SSD - 16% $ 25,326.21 CVSSD - 16% $ 25,326.21 Rec SSD - 16% $ 25,326.21 North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 7,914.45 Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on Aug. 11, 2025.
