- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE BOARD MEETING AGENDA The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Wednesday August 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: Minutes of the previous meeting: July 2, 2025 Bills presented for payment: Public Comment: BUSINESS: 1. DISCUSS/APPROVE TEXTMYGOV PROPOSAL - TREY RISER 2. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THOMAS GRIFFITHS AT 1 WILD TURKEY WAY, ORDERVILLE FOR USE OF HOME AS A VACATION RENTAL 3. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS LICENSES: - WILD TURKEY WAY LLC 4. DISCUSS ORDERVILLE TOWN PARK ENGINEER COST ESTIMATE 5. APPROVE/DENY CRACK SEAL OF TOWN STREETS 6. APPROVE/DENY CHIP SEAL 2 MILES OF TOWN STREETS 7. APPROVE/DENY WALKING PATH FROM NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PARKING LOT TO RED HOLLOW DR 8.
