- Pursuant to the Utah Code Annotated; Section 52-4-202 (6), Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ferron City, Emery County, Utah, will hold a Work Session on Thursday, July 31, 2025, commencing at 6:00 p.m. This will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. 1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, WELCOME & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. DISCUSS PROPOSAL TO PURCHASE THE GOLF COURSE WITH JEFF HARBERTSON 3. ADJOURNMENT THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT, INDIVIDUALS NEEDING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS (INCLUDING AUXILIARY COMMUNICATIVE AIDS AND SERVICES) DURING THIS MEETING SHOULD NOTIFY THE CITY RECORDER, BARBARA BOWLES AT (435)384-2350 AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING.
