- This serves as Notice for a Public Hearing of the Governing Board of THE CEDAR MOUNTAIN SERVICE DISTRICT To discuss a potential Fee Increase for Fire/EMS. To be held Thursday July 3, 2025 at 6:00 pm. at 3620 N. Mammoth Creek Road, Duck Creek Village, Utah 84762 AGENDA Call meeting to order Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance Board Member Comments Chairperson Comments Public Meeting: Present information to the public regarding possible changes to Fire/EMS fee. The Board will provide information regarding the impact of: a) decreasing the fee; b) keeping the fee the same; or c) increasing the fee. Public Hearing: enter into Public Hearing so that the Public may comment. Public Comment: Public participation regarding a potential fee change for Fire/EMS fee. Citizens wishing to speak during public participation are asked to state their name and subdivision for the record and limit comments to a minimal duration and/or for no longer than two (2) minutes. For discussion: CMSD Fire/EMS Fee. Discussion regarding the proposed fee increase. Adjournment
