- TOWN OF ALTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AUGUST 13, 2025 - 6:00 PM ALTA COMMUNITY CENTER 10351 E HWY 210, ALTA, UTAH The Alta Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments and questions regarding the Proposed Fiscal 2025-2026 General Fund Budget and the Certified Tax Rate for the Town of Alta. They will also receive comments on the Capital Projects Plan and Capital Projects Fund budget. Public Hearing - 6:00 PM 1 Call the public hearing to order 2 Accept public comment regarding the proposed FY 2026 General Fund budget and proposed tax rate of .001036 and associated revenue estimated at $505,000 3 Accept public comment regarding the proposed Capital Projects Plan and the Capital Projects Fund amendment 4 Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2025-R-22 adopting a final tax rate of .001036 with form PT-800 5 Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2025-R-23 adopting the FY26 General Fund Budget 6 Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2025-R-24 repealing and replacing the Town of Alta Capital Projects Plan 7 Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2025-R-25 amending the Capital Projects Fund budget 8 Motion to Adjourn We encourage you to join us in person.
