- Public Notice Heber City Ordinance Adoption During the Regular City Council Meeting held August 5, 2025, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2025-01. The ordinance adopted Standards and Process for Dedication of Private Roads to Public Ownership. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Phillips. Voting No: none. Council Member Cheatwood was absent. The motion passed 4-0.
