- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 29, 2025. 6. BUSINESS a. Consider adopting Resolution 2025-6 setting fees for City services. b. Planning Commission Report. c. Corey Winkel to discuss the transportation master plan and a future right-of-way through his property. d. Consider adopting Resolution 2025-7, accepting the annexation petition filed by Lance and Mandy Larsen and Justin and Jamie Jepson. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual(s). 9. ADJOURNMENT
