- AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their Regular City Council meeting along with two Work Sessions on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.org for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. A. CALL TO ORDER B. PRAYER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of the July 2, 2025, City Council Meeting Minutes 2. Resolution - Payson View Estates, Plat I, Development Agreement 3. Confirmation of Monthly Financial Information D. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS 1. Payson/Santaquin Chamber Business, Employee, or Community Service Award 2. Payson/Santaquin Chamber Quarterly Report 3. Update on I-15 Interchange 4. Public Forum 5. Staff and Council Reports E. ACTION ITEMS 1. Ordinance - City-Wide Active Transportation Plan to be included in the Payson City General Plan 2.
