- The North Logan City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, June 19, 2025 in the City Council Chambers at the North Logan City offices, 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be made available through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting * Welcome new Planning Commissioner Deidra Hartwell * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Regular Commission Business: 1. Work Session: Review and discussion regarding draft zoning text amendments to NLMC Section 12C intended to implement the goals and policies contained within the recently adopted 2025 General Plan. Specifically, this work session will review draft zoning language intended to create a 'Main Street Commercial Gateway' (MSCG) zone Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion * Set Next Agenda/s - 7/10/2025 - Regular Meeting Adjourn
