- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw If you wish to participate in the public hearing, you may provide your comment in person. You may also email your comments to recorder@northlogancity.gov by noon on July 9th, and your comments will be read by the Mayor during the public hearing. The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Business including: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous City Council meeting * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Current Action Items 2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input regarding North Logan City's proposed application to the Council of Governments (COG) for funding for the construction of a roundabout at 3100N 1200E. Following the public hearing, the City Council may consider approval of the submittal of this application. 3. 6:40pm Public Hearing to receive public input regarding North Logan City's proposed application to the Council of Governments (COG) for funding for the re-construction of 200E (from 1350N to 1800N). Following the public hearing, the City Council may consider approval of this application. 4. 6:45pm Public Hearing to receive public input regarding North Logan City co-sponsoring Cache County's proposed application to the Council of Governments (COG) for funding for the construction of 1200E (from 3100N to 3300N). Following the public hearing, the City Council may consider approval of this application. 5. Consider approval of a resolution amending the North Logan City Design Standards Technical Manual (DSTM) related to development and subdivision requirements City Council Work Session Items 6. Updates regarding the Mayor and City Council's Strategic Directives. 7. Updates regarding the North Logan City General Plan and City Center Masterplan. 8. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 9. Updates on Civic Center. 10. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 11. Closed Session to discuss the acquisition of real property and pending litigation.
