- NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, ST. GEORGE, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Washington County, in St. George, Utah will hold a regular public meeting in the WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSION CHAMBERS, in the WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, 4TH FLOOR, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 8:30 AM on JULY 17, 2025. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION: 1. Proclamation No. 2025-43, A Proclamation Honoring Washington County Attorney Eric Clarke 2. Consideration of and Ratification of Purchase Requests 3. Consideration of Ordinance No. 2025-1299-O, An Ordinance Updating County Election Code for Special Election Disclosure to Comply with State Law 4. Consideration of Resolution No. R-2025-3557, A Resolution approving a Contract Amendment with the State of Utah for Increased Funding for the Children's Justice Center To be provided to The Spectrum on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 Sarah Lloyd, Deputy Washington County Clerk REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: Washington County will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing County programs.
