Garfield County (2024-136) Requesting access to selling prices, MLS membership numbers and fees paid, and the NDA related to Purple Sage Motel. 10-minute break 9:40 am Steven James v. Salt Lake City Police Department (2024-196) Requesting a fee waiver. 10-minute break 10:20 am Jared Kummer v. Sevier School District (2024-224) Requesting access to curriculum materials used and reviewed from 2020-2022. 10-minute break 11:00 am Mark Allen v. Provo City (2024-223) Requesting a fee waiver and list of timestamps when his name was run in UCJIS.
