Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 25-02 enacting Chapter 19, Signs, to the Fillmore City code b. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 25-03 approving the Moulding/Pratt annexation petition and to annex the proposed property into Fillmore City c. Discuss and possibly approve a potable water agreement between Fillmore City and Millard County Care & Rehabilitation, Inc (MCR) COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
