- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA BLACK RIDGE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BLACK RIDGE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 7, 2025, AT 2:00 PM, AT 1148 W LEGACY CROSSING BLVD., SUITE 350, CENTERVILLE, UTAH 84014 A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Black Ridge Infrastructure Finance District board meeting held on July 23, 2025. D. Public Hearing 1. Conduct a Public Hearing to receive input on the adoption of the tentative budget as the final budget for calendar year of 2025 for Black Ridge Infrastructure Financing District.
