Any items can be removed from the consent agenda and heard in its regular order at the request of any commissioner.) CONSENT AGENDA Approval of check edits list, requisitions, and dispositions Approval of July 1, 2025 Commission Meeting Minutes Approval to give Dallon Cologie and Mike Howes a 3% wage increase for successful completion of their 6 month orientation period as a Deputy Sergeant, effective 8-4-25. Approval to promote Zayne Bell to a Deputy I for successful completion of receiving his BCO certification. Wage Grade 16, effective 7-21-25. Approval of the list of helpers for the 2025 Emery County Fair. Approval to give Amy Sorensen and Laycee Winn a 3% wage increase for successful completion of their 6 month orientation period as a Lifeguard, effective 7-21-25. Approval to give Jadin Atwood a 3% wage increase for successful completion of his 6 month orientation period as a Head Lifeguard, effective 7-21-25. Approval to promote Cody Wilstead to Sr. Equipment Operator. Move to Grade 19, effective 7-21-25. Approval of out-of-state travel for Sheriff Tyson Huntington, Sergeant Wade Ryan and Deputy Egan Smith to attend the HITS K-9 training conference in Houston, Texas. Approval to appoint Misty Christiansen to the EEMSSD Board representing Emery Town. Approval to appoint Ray Quinn to the North Emery Water Users SSD Board. Discussion Items Items pulled from the consent agenda Safety Minute Presentation - Denise Reid, Branch Librarian Elmo and Emery. Presentation by Izzy Turner, Claire Beagley and Laynee Monson regarding ALS Girls State Attendance. Awarding of Safety Visa Gift Cards - 175 days no loss time accidents Discuss/Approve/Deny amendments to the recently approved Bylaws of the Huntington 69V Municipal Airport Advisory Board. Discuss/Approve/Deny starting the process to sell County owned parcel 1-151E-24 in Green River. Discuss/Approve/Deny amending the Hunter Solar Battery Storage Conditional Use Permit Letter. Discuss/Approve/Deny CJIS IT Security Policies for the Emery County Attorney & Justice Court. Discuss/Approve/Deny acceptance of 2025 Library Technology Grant.
