- AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, AUGUST 7, 2025 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, August 7, 2025, in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF MARCH 20, 2025, MEETING. 2) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) Gretchen Homer and/or Highland City - Lunch invoice DISCUSSION ITEMS: 3) DEBRIS BASIN FALL CLEAN-UP 4) BUDGET 5) OTHER ITEMS: ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: NOVEMBER 6, 2025 CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Gretchen Homer, certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the principal office of the public body, at the Lone Peak Fire Station and Lone Peak Police Station, on the Utah State website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and on Highland City's website (www.highlandut.gov). In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
