- PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Beaver County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 starting at 10:10 a.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the possible vacation of a flood control easement located in Western Beaver County in an area north of Milford City at approximately T27S R7W S17. A map describing the location of the easement in more detail is available for review at the office of the Beaver County Clerk (address below). The hearing will be held at the Beaver County Commission Chambers, 105 East Center Street Beaver, UT 84713. The public is encouraged to attend. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing to the County Clerk's Office 105 East Center Street, P.O. Box 392 Beaver, UT 84713.
