MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Call to order - Prayer offered by Matt Sterzer - Pledge of Allegiance led by Ginger McMullin New Business 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Approve Minutes 10:15: Children's Justice Center FY 2026 Budget 10:20: Resolution 2025-11 - Supporting America250 Utah 10:25: America 250 Utah-County Planning Committee 10:40: Ratify Roux Inc. Contract 10:45: Miss Beaver County Presentation 10:55: Conversation regarding Flood Control Easement (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN Any other business properly brought before the Board.
