- BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah will meet in public session Monday, July 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 1. Public Hearing to consider a hydrant meter rental fee schedule and rate increase 2. Consider resolution authorizing a rate increase for hydrant water usage and meter rental 3. Consider approval of contract for Toquerville Springs to Virgin Pump Station 4. Consider approval of modification of contract with RB&G engineering for Chief Toquer Reservoir 5. Consider approval of the Silver Cliffs/Grapevine Development Agreement 6. Consider approval of the Interlocal agreement with Grapevine Local District 7. Manager's report 8. Request for closed session to discuss purchase and sale of real property 9. (Return to open session) Consider approval of purchase of real property 10. Consider approval of June 2, 2025 & June 30, 2025 board meeting minutes
