MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Call to order Prayer offered by TBA Pledge of Allegiance led by TBA New Business 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Approve July Minutes 10:15: Stephen Strahm - Road Maintenance 10:30: Brendan Moseley CEO of Milford Mining Company - Letter of Support 10:45: 4-H Funding Request 11:00: Consider Hearing Officer Contract 11:15: ORI 250050 Puffer Lake Recreation Easement Review 11:30: Closed Session - Disclaimer: Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss the strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
