- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING JULY 15th, 2025 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BEAVER COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah and the Board of Trustees of the Beaver County Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a regular Meeting on July 15th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Call to order - Prayer offered by Bryan Harris - Pledge of Allegiance led by Jenny Atkin New Business 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Public Hearing - For comment regarding the possible vacation of a flood control easement ADJOURN AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION/CONVENE AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY 10:15: Resolution No. 2025-12 - Resolution of the Beaver County Community Development and Renewal Agency Approving the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements Between the Agency and Beaver County School District, Beaver County, Milford Area Health Care District #3, and The Beaver County Fire Service District #2. 10:20: Tax Increment Participation Agreement - Milford II Expansion Community Reinvestment Project Area of the Beaver County Community Development and Renewal Agency. 10:25: Resolution No. 2025-13 - Beaver County CDRA Authorizing the Execution of a Tax Increment and Participation Agreement Related to the Construction and Operation of a Solar Project Within the Milford II Expansion Community Reinvestment Project Area. RECONVENE AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION 10:30: Carol Geising - Road Rename Request 10:40: National Opioid Settlement 10:45: Day of Service Donation Request 10:50: School Resource Officer Contract 2025-2026 10:55: Ratify Five County Area Agency on Aging Fiscal Year 2026 11:00: FORGE Quarterly Update 11:10: Planning and Zoning Member (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN Any other business properly brought before the Board.
