- Public Notice Declaration of Candidacy 2025 Murray City Election PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following registered voters have declared their candidacy during the allowed filing period of June 1 through June 7, 2025, in the office of the City Recorder. The names of candidates are listed as they will appear on the ballot: Mayor JOHN JEFFREY EVANS BRUCE E TURNER BRETT A. HALES Please note: Joe Christensen has officially withdrawn his candidacy. Any vote cast for Joe Christensen will not be counted, regardless of whether his name appears on the ballot.
