- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden, Utah to consider the following: - Zone Change from R-1-6 to R-2/12th St. Corridor at 584 12th St. and 1180 Porter Ave. - Harrison Blvd. Station Area Plan The proposals may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or on the city's website at planningnotices.ogdencity.com Anyone wishing to comment on the proposals may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
