- JUNE GOVERNING BOARD MEETING AGENDA Utah Charter Academies June 19, 2025 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Utah Charter Academies will be held on June 19, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at American Preparatory Academy located at 12894 S Pony Express Ln., Suite 400, Draper, UT, 84020, or electronically at https://meet.google.com/jma-kwro-ono. CALL TO ORDER - 5 minutes Roll Call Welcome Staff and Public PRESENTATIONS AND COMMENTS - 10 minutes Public Comment: The public is invited to make comments. This may be done during the meeting or may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting via regular mail or email to publiccomment@apamail.org. CONSENT AGENDA - 5 minutes *Consent agenda items are items that do not require discussion. If any of the below require discussion, a motion may be made to move the item from the consent agenda. May 22, 2025 Meeting Minutes Recommended motion: To approve the June 19th, 2025 Consent Agenda BOARD BUSINESS - 30 minutes American Prep Charter Agreement New SCSB Template and Proposed Changes to Schedule A (recommended due to Cedar transfer) - Second Review Recommended Motion: FY26 State Compliance & Assurances - Brief Requested Motion: To approve the FY26 State Compliance & Assurances as presented and to direct management to submit them to the USBE before the deadline. Legal Documents for Cedar Transfer - Execution of legal documents required to complete Cedar campus transfer to UCA. USBE Loan Assignment - waiting on USBE Draper 3 auditorium update MANAGEMENT COMPANY REPORT - 30 minutes June 2025 Management Report - Supt. Carolyn Sharette AGENDA ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS - 5 minutes Next Meeting July __, 2025 EXECUTIVE SESSION To discuss the character and professional competence of an individual, according to Utah Code Title 52 Chapter 4 Part 2 Section 205 ADJOURNMENT
