- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, March 23, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission Meeting A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Appointments A. Donavan Allen, representing Mike and Bonnie Engebritson, to present and discuss requirements for dividing their property located at 95 West Center. B. Richard Larmouth to discuss his property at 181 S. 500 W. III. Business A. Consideration and discussion of proposed amendments to the Land Use Ordinance B. Consideration and discussion on proposed amendments to the Annabella Construction Standards C. Review current conditional use permits D. Review building permit applications E. Other business IV. Adjourn.
